Mathkhola of Chalakchar Union is connected to the main road to Narsingdi. The bus from Narsingdi can be reached directly by adding CNG. Ordinary rickshaws, bicycles, CNG, vans, autorickshaws etc. are used within the union. Rickshaws were formerly the main means of transportation in the area. But now the use of CNG as a comfortable and convenient vehicle is increasing day by day. Roads are often in good condition during the monsoon season as water does not accumulate in the area for necessary drainage. As a result, anyone can travel comfortably in a clever union.
